Designed for the track, as a very light and extremely fast competition tubular tire, it is also purchased by famous professionals and "misused" for mountain tours and time trials. Handmade in Korbach, it is however not recommended for use in road races due to its uncompromising composition.

Cleans easily and nothing sticks!

So far, so good. I didn't realize these were not steel. I wanted to get rid of several aluminum pots and pans because aluminum does not heat well and therefore wastes energy. I don't know what these are made of, but they do heat quickly and cook evenly. Nothing sticks to them.

Oh, my! This cookware is amazing! It's heavy gauge aluminum so very doubtful it would ever warp as my last set of thin aluminum did.
I like the steam escape holes in the lids.
