HATE:The lightly colored letters. It is near impossible to read in low light and even in medium light. I have already ordered new stick on letters to make it more visible. HP you should have done a better job than this. This really detracts from the enjoyment of using this Chromebook. It is terrible. I can't give it 5 stars because of this problem.I would have liked another port for plug ins like mouse or thumb drives. Otherwise I love it.
