Avión AñejoTo earn the distinction aejo, tequilas must aged for a minimum of one year, and most aejo tequilas are aged for only that long. Avin Aejo Tequila, however, is aged for two years (twice the requirement), and as a result has a rich amber color along with an aroma of burnt agaves, peaches and persimmon. Very good. Also includes some information on other aspects of Roman life besides just the uses of the Colosseum. Wish the author had given more details about the Colosseum itself - especially the system of pulleys and underground chambers.
