Simpson 2-1/2" x 18" DGT Top-Flange Fire Wall Hanger DGT2.56/18Ideal for multifamily, multilevel Type III residential construction, the patent pending DGT is a load tested fire wall hanger with a two hour fire rating. It's the first fire wall hanger designed to install with a power nailer, saving time before hanging drywall, which helps keep construction projects on schedule. This top flange hanger provides space for two layers of 5 8" gypsum board (drywall) to be slipped into place after the framing is complete.
