If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Printer just stopped working. Images always came out grainy. Now my $1500 printer is just a boat anchor. No recommendations of a printer shop to look at it. Just a big disappointment. Negative 5 stars for me.

The print quality is fantastic, easily higher quality than my inkjet printer. The included “starter ink” gets you going, and replacements are easy to get online.
